“Zackavelli”

Game Designer / Indie Game Dev / Content Creator

About me.

Hey! My name is Zack and I am a solo indie game developer. I have been designing and creating games since I was a kid. In 2015, while in college for an unrelated field (Civil Engineering) I got serious about making games and started my journey as a part time indie game dev. In 2021 I was lucky enough to become a full time indie game dev and content creator. In 2023, I got the opportunity to work as a full time game designer at Stardock Entertainment. Currently I work as a full time indie game dev and content creator. I regularly stream development of my indie projects on Twitch and am the host of The Game Dev Field Guide, a podcast that teaches the fundamentals of indie game development.
